Responsibilities

• Ensure guests sign in and out.
• Inform guests of rules to follow.
• Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals.
• Contact authorities if a crime or accident occurs.
• Report to supervisors regularly.
• Patrol the property for security breaches.
• Monitor security cameras and alarms.
• Be professional and courteous with guests and colleagues.
• Maintain security equipment and systems.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Provide emergency first aid or assistance.
• Respond to emergencies quickly and follow procedures.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Assist with special events or functions.
• Keep accurate records of incidents and activities.

Qualification and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a security guard
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Good physical fitness
