Responsibilities

As a CCTV operator, some of your responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and observing live CCTV footage in order to identify any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Responding to any incidents that are captured by the CCTV system and taking appropriate action, such as contacting the police or security personnel
• Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of all activities that occur on the CCTV system.
• Operating and maintaining CCTV equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices.
• Conducting routine checks of the CCTV system to ensure that it is functioning properly and that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaborating with law enforcement and security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents that are captured by the CCTV system.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technological advances in CCTV systems and implementing these advances to improve system performance and effectiveness.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all CCTV footage and related information.
• Assisting with investigations and providing CCTV footage to law enforcement or other authorized parties as required.
• Conducting training sessions for new employees or security personnel on how to operate the CCTV system effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• BS(Hons) or 16 years education in any discipline.
• Good in MS office
• Must have good communication skills
