Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate each automatic flushing valve.
- Keep all of the kitchen’s fat traps maintained and clean.
- Make careful to perform routine maintenance and to clean existing soil and stack pipes with chemicals.
- Always keep all roof level ventilation vent pipes and roof rainwater exits free.
- Examine the construction designs and specifications to establish the plumbing and related materials’ layout.
- Choose the type and size of pipe needed, along with the tools and specific equipment that are needed.
- Find and indicate the locations of the connectors and fixtures.
- Install hangers and supports for the equipment, fittings, and pipes.
- Install, repair, and maintain water pipe systems, water heaters, air conditioners, sinks, tubs, and toilets underground.
