Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will:

• Maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards in guest rooms and common areas.

• Ensure rooms are ready and welcoming for incoming guests.

• Replace linens, towels, and amenities systematically and neatly.

• Maintain housekeeping trolleys and cart stock efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with front-desk staff regarding guest requests or room updates.

• Follow sustainable cleaning practices in line with resort policies.

Compensation Insights

• Base Salary: AED 2,000 per month (approximate starting range)

• Average Housekeeping Salary (Abu Dhabi): AED 2,245/month.

• Hotel Housekeeper Salary: AED 4,490/month average.

• Industry Range (GulfTalent): AED 1,000 – AED 2,000/month.

Qualifications & Fit

• Completed High School Diploma or equivalent education.

• Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

• Professional appearance and punctuality.

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
