📌 Role Responsibilities for Reservation Agent Arabic Speaker Dubai

As a Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker), your core duties include:

• Handling incoming reservation calls and inquiries—especially in Arabic

• Assisting guests to find rooms, make bookings, enjoy package deals, and select upgrades

• Managing multiple booking platforms (e.g., PMS, Booking.com, Expedia)

• Updating guest profiles and following up with special requests

• Coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams

• Addressing guest concerns accurately and promptly

• Maintaining reservation accuracy and supporting audit processes

🎯 Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent command of Arabic, and strong English communication

• 1–3 years’ experience in hotel reservation, customer support, or call centers (preferably in hospitality)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems (PMS or channel managers)
