Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is an asset and MBA is strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and minimum 5 years of management experience of multiple functions
- Experience in multinational organization and service industry
- Extensive experience in controlling, budget and forecasting, cost management and management reporting
- Payroll and procurement knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work multi-tasking, solution-oriented
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated and collaborative team member
- Excellent command of English
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership in the country in determining the strategic business direction and align with financial strategies
- Create an environment where finance people can reach their full potential
- Provide effective leadership in the country and control and preserve the assets of the organization
- Drive cost management in the organization and work with the business to become efficient
- Ensure annual budgets and forecasts are prepared and review performance against budget on a monthly basis, highlighting and analyzing variances and actions required
- Responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Procurement functions within the country/business in compliance with Company procedures, policies and legislation
- Oversee, review and develop financial systems and processes to ensure they effectively and efficiently support business objectives and provide a timely and accurate service to the business
