Qualifications and Experience for Delivery Driver Job in Saudi Arabia:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience as a delivery driver
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with local traffic regulations and routes
- Experience in pick up and drop off services is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver mail daily from PO Box to office mail room.
- Deliver all inter-office/inter-company mail to retail outlets, offices, and warehouse.
- Help sort and distribute mail.
- Run custom errands.
- Deliver sensitive/confidential inter-office/inter-company mail and obtain signed receipts.
- Report any misplaced/lost mail incidents.
- Assist in tracking delivered and undelivered mail.
- Transport visitors and new employees to/from airport/hotel/offices.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicles.
- Report any maintenance issues.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean.
- Use company vehicle exclusively for company business.
- Report accidents immediately.
- Receive (or route) operating instructions via Administration Executive.
- Perform other duties as needed.
