PackSmart is looking for a driven remote inside sales coordinator to take on the responsibilities of locating new business opportunities, assisting in the generation of marketing leads, assisting in the development of the sales pipeline, and other related tasks in order to fully support and participate in day-to-day sales activities. This position supports a team of outside sales representatives in addition to assisting and working directly with customers. This is a primarily remote position and is open to anyone in Illinois and Wisconsin who would have to travel more than an hour to get to the office in West Chicago, Illinois. Job Responsibilities

  • To improve sales, prospect for new clients, cross-sell to existing clients, source products, and produce quotations and proposals.
  • Keep your CRM data up-to-date for customer communications.
  • Every month, outside sales representatives should be scheduled for no less than four qualified appointments.
  • To uncover operational and business difficulties, regularly listen to consumers and potential customers.
  • To close projects, collaborate closely with outside sales representatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • must be adept at prioritizing, reprioritizing, and multitasking.
  • great communication abilities, both in writing and verbally, and be at ease using them while prospecting.
  • It is crucial to be familiar with Microsoft program like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    the capacity to work in demanding and time-constrained circumstances.
  • It is preferred that candidates have at least two years of B2B sales experience, an associate degree, or similar B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and experience with CRM-related software like Zoho are both helpful.
