Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Generating leads and prospecting for new business opportunities through phone calls and emails.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise.
• Achieving sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
• Updating customer information and sales activities in a CRM system.
• Following up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and to promote repeat business.
• Continuously improving sales techniques and product knowledge to increase effectiveness in selling.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent spoken English
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Possession of an intermediate or bachelor’s degree
• Proficient verbal, listening, and communication skills
• Consistent follow-up with customers
• Ability to manage and fulfill customer needs and requirements
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide resolutions.
