Sales Executive – Immigration / Education Consultancy

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone calls and emails
• Provide guidance and support to clients on the company’s products and services
• Convert inquiries into appointments with the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company and position
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree in English or related field is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with computers and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
