Salary:

Commensurate with experience

Qualification and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a closely related field is required.
• Two years at the very least of classroom experience
• CDA or equivalent certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children

Responsibilities:

• Follow all state regulations and Abacus policies
• Take good care of and provide for all the kids in your charge.
• Follow curriculum and provide weekly lesson plans
• Track and record daily activities
• Track and record developmental milestones
• Communicate directly with parents
