Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain both physical and digital personnel records such as employment contracts, personal time off (PTO) requests, and any other related documents.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information, including personal and employment details.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and frequently asked questions (FAQ) documents regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Collect and manage payroll data such as bank accounts and working days of employees.
  • Publish and remove job advertisements as needed and directed by the company.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact potential candidates through various communication channels, including phone calls and email.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, including the total number of hires by department.
  • Develop training and onboarding materials for new hires, including orientation programs, and ensure that all new hires have completed required training.
  • Respond to employees’ inquiries about benefits, such as vacation days, insurance, and other company-provided benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possess work experience as an HR & Admin Officer.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Have basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Have experience using spreadsheets.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a BSc / MBA in Human Resources Management.
