- Developing and executing an effective e-commerce strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
- Managing the organization’s online store, ensuring product listings, prices, and promotions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing online product inventory and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Managing relationships with e-commerce vendors, such as payment processors and shipping carriers.
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click advertising.
- Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries related to online purchases.
- FA or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website traffic and customer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions to complex problems.
