Qualification and Experience:
- English native speaker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- a minimum of one year’s experience working in customer service or a call center.
- strong ability to solve problems and deal with challenging customer situations.
- the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of call center technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- taking calls from business clients and responding to their questions and concerns.
- making outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on customer inquiries, and run surveys.
- providing customers with accurate information and assistance.
- keeping a record of all communications and transactions with customers.
- meeting and surpassing sales and performance targets.
