Qualification and Experience:

  • English native speaker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • a minimum of one year’s experience working in customer service or a call center.
  • strong ability to solve problems and deal with challenging customer situations.
  • the capacity to adjust to shifting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of call center technology and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • taking calls from business clients and responding to their questions and concerns.
