Job Roles and Responsibilities

• During activities, interact openly with the participants.
• Help with schoolwork when it’s time for it.
• Being able to oversee and instruct the RTS Leadership Curriculum
• Monitor snack time and ensure Zero Impact.
• To ensure the safety of both you and others, be mindful of what you’re doing.
• Direct support should be given to the teachers in charge of the lesson.

Eligibility Criteria for After School Group Leader

• The preferred qualification is a high school diploma or GED college credits.
• A year or more of experience working in school-based programmed for kids.
• Excellent communication, timeliness, and teamwork skills.
