Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Certifications in WordPress Development, SEO, or Web Technologies will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Web Development Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress, including experience with Divi and Elementor page builders.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Ability to customize themes, plugins, and optimize website performance.
- Experience with API integration, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Knowledge of web hosting, domain management, and security best practices.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
SEO & Digital Marketing Skills:
- Expertise in White Hat SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Strong ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop SEO strategies.
- Experience with local SEO, WooCommerce SEO, and multilingual SEO strategies.
- Ability to optimize website content, meta tags, and improve website indexing.
- Familiarity with social media integration and digital marketing best practices.
Salary Package:
- Junior Level: $800 – $1200 per month
- Senior Level: $1500 – $2500 per month
- Manager Level: $3000+ per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
For Web Developers:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites for performance, security, and scalability.
- Design responsive, visually appealing layouts using Divi, Elementor, or custom coding.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot website issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement caching strategies to improve website speed and performance.
For SEO Specialists:
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement White Hat SEO techniques.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance website rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic.
- Optimize website content, images, and meta tags for search engines.
- Track and report SEO performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
