✅ Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning
Develop business plans for UAE expansion, incorporating competitor analysis, pricing models, and sales distribution channels. -
Client Relationship Management
Represent K+N at industry events, strengthen existing partnerships, and onboard new enterprise-level clients. -
Contract Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and margins for both K+N and clients. -
Internal Leadership
Manage a team of local sales managers and collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing departments. -
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report progress to regional leadership teams. -
Market Intelligence
Analyze Freightos, Drewry reports, and JOC indices to adapt strategies in a fast-changing market.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain

2–4 years of experience in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL sectors

Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics and international trade regulations

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Fluency in English; Arabic skills are advantageous

Willingness to travel across the UAE and visit client sites

Advanced degree (MBA) or logistics/supply chain certification
